Dock A: AJ DOCK
Your cruise ship will be docking at the AJ dock in Juneau, we will be able to pick you up right at that location. We will meet you across the crosswalk.
Please look out for either a blue Jayleen’s Alaska sign or vans with blue magnets on either side.

Dock B: Franklin DOCK
Your cruise ship will be docking at the Franklin dock in Juneau. We will be able to meet you in the parking lot right near where your cruise ship is docking. If your cruise ship is behind you, we will be waiting to your right, near the public restrooms building.
Please look out for either a blue Jayleen’s Alaska sign or vans with blue magnets on either side.

Dock C: Tendering Float
Your tender boat will be docking adjacent to the Cruise Ship Terminal dock in Juneau. This dock is located directly behind the Mt. Roberts Tramway building. If your cruise ship is behind you and you are looking at the tramlines, running up the mountain, we will be meeting you to the left side of the main tram building.
This will end up being between Tracy’s Crab Shack and the Mt. Roberts Tramway building. If you look across the highway you will see the TSHIRT Company. We will be meeting in the bus parking lot in spaces 13-16, B-Zone pickup areas.

Dock D: Cruise Ship Terminal
Your cruise ship will be docking at the Cruise Ship Terminal dock in Juneau. This dock is located directly behind the Mt. Roberts Tramway building. If your cruise ship is behind you and you are looking at the tramlines, running up the mountain, we will be meeting you to the left of the main tram building.
This will end up being between Tracy’s Crab Shack and the Mt. Roberts Tramway building. If you look across the highway you will see the TSHIRT Company. We will be meeting bus parking lot in spaces 13-16, B-Zone pickup areas.

Dock E: Alaska Steamship DOCK
Your cruise ship will be docking at the Alaska Steamship dock in Juneau. When you disembark your cruise ship you will see a gray/brown parking garage in front of you and to your right. Cross the street at the crosswalk and look for a red building in front of you, this red building is the Red Dog Saloon and we will be able to pick you up in Manila Square parking area—right in front of the Red Dog Saloon.
