We were on a Royal Caribbean cruise that stopped in Juneau. I booked a private whale watching tour for up to 6 people months in advance. It ended up being just me, my husband, our adult daughter, and her fiance. We had a short walk from the ship to town, walked around for a little bit, and then noticed the black Jayleen’s van right out front of Red Dog Saloon, where we were told it would be. Jeremy was our driver and captain that day. He was friendly, funny, and very informative. The ride from town to the marina went quickly. We saw some Bald Eagles at the marina. We had an absolutely amazing time on the 26-ft Island Girl. We could tell that Jeremy and Jayleen’s company were serious about whale and marine safety and conservation. We saw adult and baby whales, as well as sea lions. Jeremy also showed us 3 glaciers while we were on the water. Honestly, our time with Jeremy at Jayleen’s was the highlight of our entire AK cruise! I highly recommend whale watching with the folks at Jayleen’s!!!
