Jayleen is extremely communicative throughout the booking process, provides transfer to and from the Juneau Cruise Port and offers an assortment of *unlimited* refreshments and snacks throughout the duration of each tour.
Our Skipper was kind, knowledgeable and attentive, constantly sharing facts about the specific whales we came across throughout the trip. He made a visible effort to make sure we were comfortable on the boat, and even provided each passenger with a parting gift, courtesy of Jayleen, as we headed back to the Marina.
