And in an attempt to keep all of you informed here is some information on the efforts we have made to keep you—our passengers—safe and healthy.

Let’s start with—-

What is our cancellation policy?

Although we ask for a 20% deposit at the time of booking—this is fully refundable until 2 weeks before your tour date. If, a situation beyond your control happens (cruise ships don’t arrive in Juneau or they do not let passengers off the ship) please let us know as soon as possible and you will receive a 100% refund of all money paid. This refund will either be refunded back to via your credit card (with a 3% service charge) or by business check (for no extra charge).

What will you do to minimize any possible effects?

Since we are a small whale watching company we have the opportunity to easily implement extra sanitation practices. For the 2020 season we will be sanitizing the interior of our vessels and vans, in between each tour, with alcohol-based cleaning products with at least a 70% alcohol content—as recommended by the CDC to fight any germs. Hand sanitizer will also be on hand. We will be using gloves while cleaning and, of course, washing our hands.
